There's no encryption by Asmedia.
Mod. 25 has been checked.
The drive take approx. 45 secs to become ready

Probably, you didn't get what does the Self-Encrypted Drive. It doesn't matter what is the USB bridge.

Nobody is denying that the Asmedia bridge is a non-encrypting type. That was never my question. My question was, and still is, does the Asmedia bridge behave like a Jmicron, or something else?
The researchers state that there are, as of their writing, two non-encrypting bridges used by WD -- JMicron and Initio. The JMicron bridge is known to the OP -- he has already successfully circumvented the security on a 4TB SED using the information provided by the researchers (SA module 0x127). However, the same researchers appear to be saying that those SEDs behind Initio bridges have different SA components (which they decline to elaborate), and require a different approach when circumventing their security. Furthermore, they appear to be saying that there is some firmware related difference between a USB connected Initio-based SED and its equivalent SATA connected SED.
Perhaps the issue does not involve security, as toggling the SED flag in module 02 would suggest, in which case my observations may be a red herring.

I don't think that the problem with my drive related to security/encryption problem. I think it's related most to FW. Although, All SA modules appears OK.

why it matters of the drive was obviously converted to SATA?

if you do soft reset does the drive come ready immediately or does it take several seconds to become ready?
If it's the latter then some part of FW was not initialized properly

Soft reset takes 3-4 secs to become ready

Also when trying to get SMART attributes all ata registers turned red.
There's a faint sound i heared when start surface scan. And all registers turned red.

yes, some modules are not initialized
it could be indicator of unstable heads or other issues preventing quick reading of the modules

Both heads working perfectly (patient and donor) tested on the donor drive.
What specific mod/s could be responsible for that issue?
Thanks in advance.

Smart hot swap may do the job?

I don't think you would be able to do hotswap on this model but you can try

+1

Tested.
I have backed up mods. by ID and when I tried to read by track copy (1) gives errors and copy (0) backed up normally.
Is that gives any clue?
