If you have backed up all modules, I would suggest regeneration of translator using only the P List.

I do not know if PC 3000 allows reading by CHS method in User sector but that is something to try to do, try to read one of those yellow sectors as you have attached on the image via CHS method

WD Marwell utility show 4/4 heads with original PCB. In Data Extractor whiich is part of PC3000 it show only 3 heads.
When I write ROM and ROM moduls to donor PCB WD Marwel show 4/4 and also under DE I see 4 heads.

This suggests that the original patient ROM on the patient PCB does not match the copied patient ROM on the donor PCB. This in turn suggests that there is something wrong with your tool(s), or something wrong with your procedure.

I'm also confused when you say the you wrote "ROM and ROM moduls to donor PCB". Surely all you need to do is to write the ROM. After all, the ROM contains the ROM modules. Yet you appear to be saying that you wrote the ROM modules again separately, as a follow-up step, after writing the entire ROM.

I think you need to compare the original patient ROM against the copied patient ROM on the donor PCB. The difference should tell us why DE is now seeing a different head map.

That said, I suspect that this new problem has been introduced by you and is unrelated to the original problem.

Thank you Mr. Žabkar,

it could be, that my English is not so good.

Now the drive is in original condition, except heads are from donor.
So drive spin up and is ready.
I'm able to backup ROM and all modules.
Head test is done on all 4 heads and pass.
SA modules check is attached and also smart status.
Under sector edit I can access sectors from 0 to 899263. After 899263 there is no sector access.

I hade similar situation when my exercises with wd drives. Sometimes when tried after cut zone or cut head trying. (Mod 02 or mod 03 changing when do this) did you check zone table? Maybe some other one modified modules before you. Did you ask that anyone tried to recover data before you?
