WD5000AAKS SATA 500G what are these chips?

can someone post the type of diode at D3, it seems on my burnt pcb, this is the only component that has been damaged, but i can't seen the type from the pictures posted above.

Hi,
Yes. New WDC SATA drives AAJS AAKS BEVS... have No Rom.
(Processor is 88i6745 instead of older 88i6545)
88i6545 need external serial Flash.
88i6745 have Flash memory embeded.
If processor is not damaged - it is possible to read ROM in PSV mode (4-jumpers)

I'm not familiar with reading ROM from Marvel uC, could you please give detail procedure how to do that ? RS-232 terminal ? Contacts on J2 ?
I have PCB 2060-701-477-001 with 88i6745 chip; HDD is WD5000AAJS-57TKA0.

1 change MCU chip is hard to do ,
2 to look for same PCB by number on PCB with white lable
3 change motor chip
4 read MCU ROM data into another one

99% its SMOOTH chip, or as jono said swapping the MCU is not hard. and it's 99% working because if it is not the drive will not even try to spin.

If anybody has this firmware downloaded from the drive, can he/she please mail it to me? I'm trying to find out if it is possible to fix a similar problem without the need of an spare PCB/hot swap by directly uploading the firmware to the MCU.
