I already wait for such explanation for a long time.
Hope user will not make thing worse again.......
mostly case that already opened from user. The recovery chance maybe just about 20% or maybe 10%.. So sometime when receive such case. I will leave it until have time to work with it. caused why to spend my valuable time to such only about 10% - 20% success rate
