Support response will be the same if this is any indicator same BS as the chinese ! I doubt they are covered up with requests due to this thread or otherwise. As a comparison Ace Labs still rocks and is very responsive.
"DFL_WDII Firmware Repair Hardware Tool-Shipping Cost Included - $650.00":
http://www.datarecoverytools.co.uk/stor ... dware-tool
User Manual (not very detailed):

The following article seems to suggest that "NHPA-recover the LBA of original disk" is a "unique feature":![]()
http://www.datarecoverytools.co.uk/2012 ... -recovery/
BTW, I can't find any pricing on the Ace Labs web site (I can see an "Order Now" link, but no prices"), so if anyone is going to bag the suppliers of the DFL tool on that basis, then they should do the same for Ace Labs.

Thanks for the link when I first entered the product name into "google" the website I came to this site http://www.datarecoverytools4u.com/free-quote/ and filled out the form again still no response. I assume your link is for a re-seller of the product. I have emailed ACE in the past for quote and got a response the next day. I agree pricing is not on the Ace site and should be. Seems like several here enjoy success using the device the price is similar to SD it even looks like SD. Looks like a duck walks like a duck must be a duck ? or a clone of a duck.
