I have a WD30NMZW-11GX6S1 that has USB PCB 800041-003 Rev P1. I'm guessing this a Spyglass too because it will not spin up with SATA PCB 800022-000 Rev P2.
I assume this needs 800022-002 also. Has anyone seen this on the 3tb too?

I struggled with these in the early days too, here is what I have found personally with the drives I have in stock:
4TB WD40NMZW- 11GX6S1 - SpyGlass - USB PCB: 2060-800041-003
compatible with
3TB WD30NPZZ-00PDPT0 - SpyGlass - SATA PCB: 2060-800022-001
These two PCBs are compatible. As others have said 2060-800022-000 certainly does not work 2060-800041-003, and I don't have experience with 2060-800022-002, but 2060-800022-001 definitely works.

I confirm this finding. This combo works.

Here's another combo that I've found works that I don't think has been listed in this post yet:
2060-800041-000 (WD30NMVW-11C3NS4 which is FBH15SL) - compatible SATA PCB is 2060-800022-000
Summary of what I've found to work so far:
USB 2060-800041-003 does work with 2060-800022-001
USB 2060-800041-003 does NOT work with 2060-800022-000
USB 2060-800041-000 does work with 2060-800022-000
