It includes a P4 PC, XP, PC-3000 Pro Utilities, 1 year warranty w/ 7 day turnaround & technical support for 3 months. It did not include data extractor or the 1 year upgrade license. Both of these are recommended. Together they would add about $3,000 to the price.

Take off $1000.00 for the workstation leaves a ridiculous cost.

I think vi is suggesting you talk to him

7 day turnaround on technical support ..... mmmmm, I think your clients will leave before you can help them - in some cases.

$3000 for DE and upgrade license.
PC3000-PRO is completed so there will be no upgrades.
So I'm not sure what upgrades they talking about.

Wow have you asked them for their price on PC3000 PCI ???

Hmmm... as far as I know, 7 day turnaround is not the tech support. This is if your system crashes, they will send out new pc3k.
Their tech support is instant. At least, this is what I experienced so far.
