@sinmrki, it appears that the original MCU may have been faulty.
Your cheapest DIY option would be to purchase a replacement PCB and use a software tool to regenerate the "ROM" contents from the System Area on the platters.

What about getting a new Marvel 88I8945-TFJ2 instead replacement PCB?
Because I already have gotten the same PCB but I soldered out its Marvel to put my original MCU.
It was without success my MCU seems is not working. With its original HDD platers started to spin, but BOIS couldn't recognize it.With my original MCU it even did not started to spin.
Now, in my opinion I have two options:
1. CHEAPER - to get a new Marvel chip from the stock (because one from replacement board is damaged during soldering out), solder to replacement board I already have and use the software to read data from platters and program MCU( if it is programmable ??)
or
2. MORE EXPENSIVE to get donor PCB and do the same

I found the same hdd with the same PCB but, my original hdd won't even start.
My question is if I need to transfer code from hdd platters where can it be stored if model don't have EPROM,
and MCU- Marvel 88I8945-TFJ2 is just a ROM ?

a few years ago I got another PCB which spin up my faulty drive, but BIOS couldn't recognize it, than I decide to transfer my MCU to that PCB
and ended up with even not spin. So I suppose that preamp is not damaged.
I don't understand where to transfer data from my original platters if PCB doesn't have a EPROM, but just (preprogramed) MCU ?
Could it Marvel 88I8945-TFJ2 be programed ?

MCU transfer is not the proper way to proceed.
What about if your MCU was faulty?
I think MCU of your original pcb was already burned/shorted, or maybe got damaged due to excessive heat during unsoldering/soldering it, or got damaged because wasn't soldered properly on donor pcb (shorted pins).
Those chips are extremely difficult to work with soldering station, the best way to recover your data is by using software tools that can regenerate rom adaptives on donor pcb by reading copy adaptives from surface (without the need of soldering/unsoldering any chip).

But they have different heads and head map not to mention different ROM ver. (And definitely different adaptive)
But they have same PCB no. though, that's why the ROM chip or its contents must to be transferred

The same drive model WD10EADS-00M2B0
the same PCB number 2060-701640-001 REV A, same produce country, within 3months produced (Have pictures above), drive won't even spin.
Had spun years ago with another PCB, after I put my original MCU on that PCB it stopped spinning.
Could some wrong happend with preamp by repacing MCU?

I can understand the feeling and excitement to hang around among your friends, telling everyone that you have manage to recover your data without spending a dime,
But IMHO its time to seek professional help for proper assessment...
