Good story after this

Ontrack was able to recover 100% of the data 5.92 TB more than 12,000 Files

received an ( WD MY BOOK 4TB BLACK WD40EZRX 3.5 green drive and a 2.5 WD20NPVX Green Mobile series with all my data intact, both external hard drives for easy use :)

glad i stayed trusting in WD :)

Didnt pay a dimme and they helped me a lot after DIY suggested here didn't work as expected :)

i think its because it is a spanned volume. Glad a meet you all and thanks for the suggestions. When we don't have any solution for our problem is good to be here and have an interested community like this one without fights and laughs about our bad luck!

All four drives are working just fine and now i have the drives for backing all in the future if anything goes wrong again... i was forced to have a backup this time original drives and NAS will have to be sent for WD for testing porpuses.

They have already sent me a new NAS with other 4 drives

I will send my NAS ( still throws an error volume 1 failed for them to investigate further)

here is the Transcend storjet 2tb 2.5 that they sent to me :)
cool stuff

Do you actually expect to retain good relationships with WD / Ontrack after producing such a creative ad for them? :)

Yes, the only condition is you have to post your underwear photo publicly afterwards.
