Hi, I made the repair with the hyperterminal. hdd = BSY + lba 0. Now, power on = "500gb and I / O error", reset = 0GB , power off / power on again = 500gb and I / O error.

The firmware is OEM HP = HP24. Before fix BSY and 0gb error, new error I/O. Up to HP26 firmware, but no change this state.
