Can anyone tell me the procedure to depop head # 2 for the drive using the PC3000?

Patch NVRAM to remove the bad head from used heads
Patch (or find compatible) firmware for your drive to make it work with less number of heads
Start selfscan or extract defects of the bad head from defect lists and re-format the drive

I wanna extract data from the head 0 1 3, n want to depop head 2, not repair. pls advice.

build a heads map and copy data by head in AceLab DE
