Hi All
am having an issue with the above drive where i suspect an issue with firmware.
drive shows up as only 31mb, cant access anything on there.
with terminal output from pc 3000 am getting a very strange looking terminal, has someone come accross this terminal output as attached in image

I think you have selected the wrong options (See the top screen Seagate U5), click F3 in UDMA, but thats not important, you can use normal terminal software such as hyperterminal to access the error message.
