Drive read very slow or no read?
If no read what is error code? UNC, AMNF, SIDNF, etc?
If read but very slow can be many problems: heads, media damages, bad adaptives, etc, etc, etc.... ???

MHDD, F2, F4 (ERASE WAITS:ON), F4, wait for 2-200 hours, power-off/power-on, that's all! :-)
