Your data may be possible to recover. However, we no longer use recovery software under DOS and it hasn't been developed on that platform for a long time.
Because your installed Windows, you probably overwrote some data, but other data may still be salvageable.
If you want to do it yourself, you will need a functioning PC running Windows, a couple of external enclosures, and a couple of hard drives. You would install a copy of a modern data recovery software, such as R-studio. You would place your drive from which to recover into one enclosure. You would place your drive onto which to recover in another. You would connect both of them through USB. You would use the recovery software as per its manual to recover from one drive to the other. You should never ever recover to the same disk.
If that sounds difficult, ask a local computer consultant to help you. I can't be more specific.
Lastly, it's obvious that English is not your primary language. It helps to identify the language you speak when you post in global forums.
