I have Seagate Barracuda ST3250820SV. 250GB SATA2 HDD. And I Have ASUS M2N-MX SE Motherboard. And XP Is Installed On That With nForce RAID Driver. And One Of My Frnd Having MSI K9AGM3 - FIH Motherboard And His XP Not Starting. And He Have Only 1 Drive So I Go With My HDD To Start The XP And Then Backup His Some Important File In My HDD Then Just Format The Drive. His HDD Is PATA My Is SATA.
Ok. Now After Attaching My HDD To His Machine. XP Start From My HDD. And After Few Second Of Desktop Load I Get BSOD. And Then It Create Kernel Error When It Reached 100 I Turn Off The Machine And Try To On The Machine. The CPU Fan Start And Then Power Off Every Time I Power On The PC. I Feel Nervous. Then Disconnect My HDD. PC Start.
Now After I Come My Home. Same Happen To My PC. Whenever I Attach my HDD To PC. PC Not Start Just Turn On And Off. What Happend To My HDD. And I Have Plenty Of Data On It.

this could be a case of a damaged boot loader on the volume
try looking at the drive with knoppix or erase the first sector of the drive and use any main stream recovery software

On another note: I simply can't read your post, even though I can help. I've tried reading it twice and gave up. Don't capitalize every word, please. It's _extremely_ annoying.
Your drive has two issues.
1. Problem with its PCB
2. Probably bad sectors
By the way, we never care about the "Why". We simply diagnose and solve the problem. Yours is simple, for now. It will get worse the more you mess with it. In the beginning, it was an inexpensive problem. Now it's about 4 times more expensive to fix. Pretty soon it will be even more expensive.
