can anyone help the smooth chip has burnt out on my hard drive its a diamondmax21 250gb
number stm3250820A anyone got a pcb?can i use any pcb to get it running so i can recover thr data?ok thankyou

What if the preamp inside HDA is broken? The risk is frying new pcb too. Beside this, if needed, you have to swap the rom - assuming it is ok. Decide.

hi this was a external hard drive and the fan had gone really slow so i think it just overheated ,ok thankyou

The chip is the motor controller i have this pcb , but let me check again i will PM u tommorow .
