Hi everyone,
I have a Seagate ST3500320AS with 0GB issue.
I have solved it using Pc3k and now i get a message that "ATTENTION ! Security locked HDD"
All the disk details are ok, model firmware, serial and capacity.
In terminal i get the message
RequestResumeSaveSmartFrame
Does anyone came across such a case because its the first time i see that.

I expect your customer set up an ATA password long before the failure. Maybe your customer can supply you the ATA password if known,

The customer didnt set any password thats the problem.
When the disk was operational didnt have any password.
Any ideas by anyone?????

maybe password module is corrupt. Clear ATA password.

Unfortunately i can not clear any ATA password.
Talked with Acelab and told me that they have heard this problem but they dont have any solution yet.
Can someone give me any idea how to solve the problem???

PC3K can't auto clear password on F3 architecture yet, as far as I know.

other products can.
