Hi Friend ,
Please dont do your self as everone is right results-the-yourself-solutions-t11912.html and with you ..
so after getting this problem or any droping case of the Hard Drive there are lot of problems as after drop of Hard Drive As first spindle motor is destroy including the read write head so beter to transplant the Platters with appropriate donor drive selection..
But for one Hard Drive please dont do your self and ask the nearest data recovery company and they are having atleast..
1)Good clean room or having Laminar Flow bench/equilant.
2)Good Data extraction utility as after replacement of platter/read write head we require and take data back ASAP.
3)Having good stock of hard drive as per donor drive.
so please check to send your hard drive as thats your right yo ask to any data recovery company or take your hard drive back..but dont open your hard drive at your own as after that no body can retrive your data so please ask they are having the clean room/equilant or they are having the conitions like your home so please ask ..as after having dust inbeetween of platter and read write head, the head or the platter surface will destroy after replacement from donor drive..
