unknown ibm drive

i have an old ibm drive.. i cant figure out which is the model but here are the details on the drive

p/n 09N0922
fru 37L5723
c/h/s 16383/16/63
firmware - A3505

the drive comes to ready in doctor but when u click load from hdd it gives error...

any ideas

the drive seems to be an IBM branded Quantum drive.

This is it correct

It may show up as a LM20A341 or maybe a Fireball Plus 20.4AT

It's a Fireball Plus LM series. What's worst is that probably have some customization for/from IBM.
