Could be bad connection on PCB, or bad PCB.

Check your interface cable as well. And if you have secondary IDE try to connect it there too.

When HDD is cold, bios, recognizse him, but when it warms up this become "djkansd?=#$"=$#"?$?""

So you think, that this is PCB, IDE cabel is ok, not FIRMWARE or something 100% ?

We can't be sure just suppose, to be 100% sure you must test it with other PC.
I've seen as bad PCB, as bad cable and bad MB as well that cause same error as you describe.
So probably for you will be easier to test the parts before start to search for suitable PCB.

Yeah, for about 3 years ago, when hdd shows first signs of failure, i put them to the freezer ,then i connect him to motheboard, and start coping the data to another hdd...:=)

PCB, must be same firmware? 3.04?

Looks fine but If reach´s level T> u should be check for "Age"= 50 and " Ready " Status LBA xxxx another way u could use MHDD, check for "passport" DRDY DSC registers, and run ,a read sector test, to know if its possible to read sectors without problem, if no could be send ABRT
