Decrypt Data that was encrypted using Safeguard Easy

November 16th, 2009, 5:42

I have a hard drive that was installed with SafeguardEasy 4.20 and now i cannot be able to boot with drive. Safeguard requires you enter a Power On Authentication code just before you boot the drive When i put the code the application just hangs and cannot load windows. Slaving the drive is not an option because the files are encrypted.I vistied the support site (http://www.sophos.com/support/knowledge ... 02166.html) and i created the emergency disk but the disk tries to to repair the problem and it gives me an error saying "Fatal Error SGE113: Last install,Uninstall, or update not complete. Has anyone found himself in this situation, Please advise. Thanks in advance :?
