Hi

The laptop was re-installed with factory image. There was a backup done before doing this but the backup was somehow not complete. After doing the factory image using the CD supplied with the laptop it was found out that large amount of photos were missing from backup.

Using R-Studio around 20% was recovered. In total there were about 1000+ photos but only 200 was recovered.

Is there any other software or methods for better photo recovery?

Cheers
-Jag

You can try winhex and try raw recovery to see what you can find in there
