At this point, we know too less information to judge about the recoverabilitly.
But i am deeply in this brand/family actually, and based on my experinence, if this drive clicking now, the road between the 100% and 0% recoverable state is only SOME MINUTE!
So, first of all poweroff the drive, set to "safest mode" (remove all jumpers, and cables), and write to as more information, and wait for clever answers. :)

In this age, this can be anything.
Without seeing, i don't have any good idea at this point.
But i know almost anything about this drive, i am 95% sure, i can solve the problem in my lab.

Please give more information, or send the drive in, and i will diagnose it precisely. (this is free)
