Help for Hitachi HDT725032VLAT80

Hi all,
I have Hitachi HDT725032VLAT80 (PATA 320 Gb) for data recovery.
I connect to HD doctor (SD), spin up, no click and it go to ready but I can't access to SA. I can read NVRAM.
I find a perfect donor, I change PCB and try to "Dynamic Repair" but I can't access to SA. The patient PCB work on donor if I change NVRAM.
Try to invert HEAD from donor to patient, and donor with head patient work but patient not. So the problem ins't head.
Check PW locked ... NO
Try PCB hot swap to access SA, but nothing to do ...

Any ideas, please ?

Patient has scratching in SA.
You must try hot swap again.

I want say that the drive haven't password problem.

If hdd reach readiness , the first time , what did u get when u tried to attemp to read any sector, let me guess " ABRT" , so if u put patient heads on donnor HDA, and works, that could be means, SA or media problems , to solve it , u need to "understand " how hitachi works to tried to know what could be wrong and what u need to repair , or send it to another experienced people on italy maybe "blackst " is u guy
