How to changes the broken magnetic head on seagate 250GB

Hey guys,
i'm a new member on this forum,
Can anybody tell me what does it rules to change the broken magnetic head on my seagate Barracuda 250GB 7200. my sister accidentally drop it, and it land on the floor.
I saw it on you tube, some guy make a tutorial movie, but i don't quite understand what's was the rule to change it. Does it must me the same type, manufacturing date, or ????
hahahaha.... i don't know....
Can any of you kindly give me some advice, it would give the help i cpuld need...

The rule is: "Do not do it yourself, it's not a DIY job to change heads"

Seriously, this is not a task for the amateur/beginner - it is a difficult job.

This is the poroblem i have been talking about, people think DR is so simple and can be mastered in hours days or even months.

Send it to prodata, he's in your region and is a pro.
