Hi to al!! :mrgreen:

In DE PCI not acess data.... look screen...

two clicks on hdd and recognizes the model and serial fw, while trying to read the data gets busy ...
Heads bad? :?:

get back to basics. Put it on MHDD. What do you see?

Yes, heads are most likely bad.
