I am trying to recovery WD knocking hard, it is impossible to find exact match. Can some one explain what needs to be considering for Head stack replacement.

I tried same model #, same manufacture month, DCM close match notting works once in a blue moon I am able to recover.

I tired each and every thing for instance Head stack replacement, platter swap etc

Can some one please help me ?

You must be aware that WD Desktop hard drives have head alignment issues. The heads do not sit snug in position when the lid is off. There is no one correct alignment for all WD desktop drives, the alignment is set in stone when the servo is written to the platters, which occurs after the lid has been installed.

Once you remove the lid, the alignment is then lost, and must be found again.

So it does not matter if you match heads 100% perfectly, if you cannot realign heads then your recovery will surely fail. This was not "so" hard on WD drives pre dating ~2004-2005 as BPI was much lower. You could realign heads with some fairly simple techniques, but newer, high density drives require much more precision then these old techniques can give you.

It is not impossible, there are people who are able to do these newer drives, some on this forum even, but unfortunately I am not one of them at this time. I understand the task at hand, but have not had enough time available to develop a solution.

I can handle the alignment, but i works only original (untouched) drives if it is WD.

yeah, platter swap....
I doubt u find anybody willing to try your drive after that.
At least we need some financial motivation at least to try anything, since the drive is in really bad shape after you touched the platters.
Not hopeless, but the perpective is not too nice.

Thats what makes me confused.

In working(donnor) WD hard drives I took apart (platter out ) and put back in.

Why always working drives(donor) always work if head alignment is the issue ???

I think that is a million dollar question ...

In this case you need to explain me how can we do Head alignment in WD hard drives

question been raised before and noone will answer. Information like that is hard to obtain and noone is willing to part with it for free. I myself dont know , so cant help ether = ) Capitalism strikes =)
