Hello i need to know if there is a way to bring back this hdd?

I started the low level format process in the SCSI controller, but after 1 and half hours the power cord was disconnected by mistake and now it does not start spinning and the controller does not recognizes it.

i will appreciate to hear some opinions

do i need to send it to the trash can?
