help needed. fujitsu mhw2120bh, locked

HELLO guru's.
My friend got this issue, he's laptop's windows had errors and something went bad all the way. he's dumb computer user dont know what he did but when he decided to install new windows, first he had bios password turned on and of course he forgot the password. well that got fixed with "clear cmos" and then when you try to boot from cd installation cant continue cause it cant find hdd, boot from hdd, well i dont remember it asks for password or something. i tryied with fujitsu original unlocker or something, but it said this firmware model is not supported or something. status was locked. tryied to fdisk but it wouldn't let me in the program. any ideas what to do to unlock this thing?
