If you have, then check the two large-ish black rectangular components top right.
They should NOT be short (simplest method use the continuity meter mode on the MM).

This thread may help:

http://www.mikrocontroller.net/attachme ... 400LD_.jpgThere appear to be fuses in series with each diode. If a diode is shorted, then remove it. If a fuse is open, then replace with a 2A picofuse, or bridge it with a wire.
Be sure that your PSU is OK, as you will no longer have any protection after doing the above.
