Hey !
my Maxtor basic storage 500Go doesn't detect anymore, the reason is that a friend of mine unpluged the power supplier while it was connected(no data was transfering at that time)

right now while I connect it it doesn't get detected by the PC,all I hear is zzzzzzzzzzzz inside it but not loud for a while and then I don't hear that noise anymore !!!!!( I pluged it into another PC and it started to connect and it said that there was an error while installing the material which it didn't happen in PC)

I want you to help me to recover my drive so I can recover my precious data !

is there a chance to win back my data ?

thank you

I'm sorry to say that the solution is beyond End-user abilities. There's no DIY here.

Time for seeking for a pro located in your country.

Good luck

Probably heads stuck on the platters; nothing you can do yourself, sorry.
You need a cleanroom and the propper tools for that.
There are several members here that are located in england. Try to contact one of them.
