Well There is No Activity In the Drive Its From a Seagate External Freeagent Family .There Is No Response From Terminal also ,I think Its a PCB Issue If the PCB Is fine then Its a Rom Issue .I Would Be Desoldering The Rom and checking The Same ,also Would Like your Feedback On this Case ,Zebong You Had This Drive Case Right ?

:D ,
When PCB Is Out From HDA then also No Terminal Response ,Head Stuck Is a Seperate Issue ,Atleast the Drive Should reach f> .In My Case No Response ,Is this a PCB ROM Failure ? Or a PCB Failure .Speaking To Few Say Its the ROM :(

Well ,
I Do Not Know where It Is ,But the Two SMD Components Nead the SATa Power Connector that Look Like Inductors /Resistors Were Fine With 1.6 Ohm Value .

PS :If the BIOS Is Gone Do i Have a Chance I am Hearing That the BIOS In This Is Specific To Each Drive So donor BIOS Will Not Work ,I Mean If We Could Match the Seagate HDD codes To Another HDD And Get The BIOS Its Gonna Be Wonderful .I Plan To Use A ISP Programmer and a SOIC 8 Clip To Get the BIOS contents Out From The HDD

I see no indication that you've actually measured any voltages.

One obvious test point would be the Vcc pin of the Winbond W9464G61H SDRAM.

Also check for voltage at the load sides of the two 2R2 coils. These form part of two switchmode regulators.

You may also want to check that the crystal is oscillating, and that there is activity on the RAM's address and data buses.

If you can find a POR pin, check that it is not holding the MCU in a reset state.

If you suspect stiction or a seized motor, then monitor the motor terminals for any activity.
