help with WD1600xms-00

Hi every one I have an external hard drive 2.5 WD1600xms-00 it fall down then become not accessible when I plug it in it make some electronic sound and try to read for 15-30 second then stop, the same process repeated 2-3 times.

Can you guys tell me what went wrong with my hard drive, and who can help me to get it my data retrieved in England and how much will it cost.

When it falls down normally running means head problems and spindle motor but considering you say it is trying to spin up more than likely head problems on it. Person in England would be pcimage here on the forum you can contact him by pm. Sorry on this one DYI is not an options to do this for you.
