Question regarding G-List and SMART.

I would like first to Initialize SMART and check, if I will be able to Access data. Then if this Will not work, would Erase G-List. Could this have some effect on user data

Hello,
Smart and G list clearing not effect user data. but if G list is damaged of corrupt then you are unable to see user data or partitions.

Sure. Should the remapped sectors contain any user data, piece of MFT, etc., that info will be lost.
