hdd make easy click on power on (dc/dc converterts works), thats all, no spindel rotation. holds BSY in registers. power supplyes and xtal oscillation is normal. spindel easy rotating by hand, heads is parked. nvram works (reads/writes on extrnal progs). there is no 25P05 on board, but i just write firmware and nvram and solder 25P05 and some exterior elements (in hope that MPU maksROM is dead and MPU switch to my external 25P05). no effect! (it there any secrets to switch MPU to use external flash?). also i dont have a donor hdd to check PCB. pls help with advice!

Are u sure this model uses M25P05? Previous models used some flash from Sanyo...

However I doubt the problem is related to the program memory
