Whenever I try to start the PC it starts, but it asks for the Bootable disk.
So I tried to install XP on PC again,But it says that HDD cant detect.
So I tried to use my HDD as secondary HDD to my frends PC. there also it didnt detect.
Then I check the hard disk externally.
I observed that When I start the PC , HDD didnt vibrate/nither fill any moving part into that HDD.
It behave like a stone.
So the problem is related to power sullpy or Data failuer ?

Sounds like the board is dead. If you are experienced in electronics try and fault find... common place to start is the voltage regulators and diodes around the power input.
What type of drive is it? Some drive have very small board mounted fuses that often blow... test those they will be labeled on the board as "F1" or "F2" etc.

I havent open HDD yet...
Shouild I open it and see ?
Or I have to gave to service center ?
Whether Data is damaged ?
Can It recover ?

When you say "open" do you mean it is inside an external enclosure? if so then that shouldn't be a problem but do not open the lid of the actual hard-drive its self. If it is just inside an enclosure then it could be that the USB circuitry could have failed or the drives external power supply so it would be worth installing the drive into another enclosure.

If you just remove the drive from the enclosure and test it either in another enclosure or a PC then there will be no issue. If the drive fails to spin once it has been installed in another enclosure/PC then the actual drive will be faulty and you would need electronics experience to repair.

Do not open this HDD. All for now you need to do is deal with the issue of the PCB board on this one. You can remove your PCB board and examine it to see if you see anywhere there might be some burned marks on this one. You can post a photo of your PCB board here to have us look at it for you. This can be a problem in the TVS or the Smooth chip. It can also be a problem inside the HDD on the pre-amp. If this is the problem in pre-amp it is not something that you can easily fix on your own. Sorry to say this one.
