WD750AADS problem

Hi
I have a problem with HDD WD 750 GB that after installation Windows 7 Premium 64-bit system randomly freezes for 1 sec or more, then lag stops and it is working again ( HDD LED flashes all time during freeze). Sometimes i need to reset it. Rest of computer components are fine because i checked it with another hard drive. I do not know what to do because in SMART scan as you can see on screen-shot there are not any errors. I put HDD into another computer same problem and even with Windows XP. (Sorry for my English)

what is ur motherboard brand and ur PC Specs?
