Hello.
I have a problem with my WD 200EB. Then i connect my HDD to pc Disk management found's it but could not initialize. I tried to do something with MHDD, and it says
Drive not ready.

If you look at the MHDD screenshot, specifically the status register, it looks like you have wrong channel selected, or disk is not connected at all.
If there are jumpers on the unit remove and try again in MHDD.
There are some common issues with these older disks, if you cannot verify the problem safely yourself get it analysed by a professional.

DID you do SHIFT+F3 in hdd and select you HDD. plug into secondary master ide. and disconnect any other hdd's to avoid wrong info.

Alternatively, try Victoria from within Windows. Should give same result.
