It's the result of incautious selfscan or something like that

Place a new FW and then SS differently.

Can i upload fw from terminal ?? i don't have pc3000 etc

Not so easy without tools and K-H. I suggest you to go to other forums where someone will guide you step by step and teach how to do or probably have the time and will to connect remotely and do it for you - if possible with what you have. This will save time and effort.

where can i find the firmware for this drive st380215as
i think i have found the way to upload fw from tmos but i don't have the files...
