 Post subject: sory, I m new- I have problem, help me

Its my USB external hard drive detected, but the appearance is not out in the explorer, and LED lights are usually green, the color changed to red, I tried to change her chassis, but the results remain the same ..
help me!

Try attaching it direct to the MB and see if the BIOS can see this one. Plus you did not say what is your drive type or make and model on this one. Can help a little to know this one. Let us know if you can see this drive in your BIOS when it is directly attached. This can give a clue on other issue on this one.
