why do i keep getting this error?... wht should i do ?

After running the LLF tool 2.36 build 1181 the Device Details are given as below. I shut down and restarted the pc twice but the drive does not show in Win Explorer however it seems to be detected at startup because it is shown as SATA2 on the startup page. I even ran Vista Startup Repair. I surely need help please.

The LLF Tool has wiped your drive. You need to initialise the drive in Disk Management, then format it.
