WHERE Is the rom in this PCB ST3160212A

Hi, I have the hdd and we want change the ROM, where is in this PCB.

I can't see its markings, but the 8-pin chip to the right of the MCU appears to be a serial flash memory. It will probably have a "25" in the part number.
