How about starting by a drive with same model?
But to be honest, if you're asking that question, you're probably not very experienced in swapping heads no?

So what will happen is that you'll waste your money in the parts, loose your data, and in the end, if the data is important, you'll take it to a data recovery company, and they will charge you much more because you messed it up.
If your data is valuable, you should check a data recovery company to make you a quote.
