HP SCSI HD68 with DDI or Atola

Hi everyone.
how do we handle a SCSI drive with DDI or Atola.
Shall i buy any converter from SCSI to IDE or i need a specific one.
any ideas?

There are specific tools like PC3000 SCSI for SCSI drives and native SCSI imagers. If you want to make an image and the drive has no or little problem it's better to get a good SCSI controller and a PC and use everything you want (sw based) to make the image, otherwise if you see a lot of SCSI stuff get specific SCSI tooling. Don't know if specific interfaces do exist for that purpose, as I have IDE to SCSI interfaces (connect an IDE drive to a SCSI system) but you probably want to do the contrary (connect a SCSI native drive to IDE interface), right ? (it's simpler for repair / diag purposes to use specific tooling or SCSI controller).

i think i will try with a SCSI controller image it and see what happens.
