If you need to purchase a PCB, try the following vendor:
http://www.onepcbsolution.com/

His price is US$40, plus $10 for a ROM transfer, if required.

Otherwise, upload a detailed photo of your PCB and one of us will help you with a DIY repair, if feasible.

BTW, I am not associated with any supplier.

Complete drive is starting from about 160 EUR , in Italy, factory new.

Or local market - someone will borrow you ( ? ) the PCB only.

As BlackST said, the best you can do it's buy a complete drive and use its PCB

In ogni caso potrei risolvere anche senza il PCB, ma e' tutto un 'altro discorso.
Sfortunatamente NON POSSO cedere ne' drive intero ne' parti.

In any case we can help even without PCB, but this is a completely different story.
Unluckily I CAN'T give the whole drive or parts.
Nevertheless I have seen plenty , and I had them at hand either for recovery or for maintenance purpose, so it must not be so rare.
Ask a dealer to get one with identical part number.
Or is it a problem of € .... ?
