Case scenario

disk was encrypted with X.509 Certificate based system ( Master & private key). Data files were copied on another media & disk was formatted. Now decryption is getting errors with both valid keys.
Any hint will be appreciated. Like EFS will formatted disk will be helpful?
thank you

If drive was just formated, data still could be recover.
Need works with original drive.
