sending refurb hard form claim how i can test it

my wd 750 gb is a re fubered hard and is cause alot problem but thanks to all i get all data through clonig
know i m sending to claim how i check the hard when it is get back to me again
it suddenly show disk read error and suddenly run normalily 2 times it happen
and while cloing hdclone show bad sectors in it

You get what you pay for. This applies to systems, components and Hdds. So said, you should check your system first, as some things deliver problems to disks, then get another disk. To test, simply fill disk and scan surface - at your level that's all you can do.
