Samsung RAID LIF 128GB SSD, any adaptor for it?????

I think the thing that is not being clarified on this forum is that you cannot use the LIF to Sata Adapters that they currently sell online.
And even if they did sell the special/proprietary LIF to SATA adapter, you still would need to figure out other very complex things and purchase other things to hopefully get the job done. What is critical to add to the photos posted above, is that its not about cuting the Lif cable to the right width, but for the socket/ribbon pins to make proper contact with each other, then route to their respected connection.
e.g. The difference Voltages, Ground, and Data connections, other than add over-voltage/short-circuit protection to the connected SSD. Obviously not all LIF connections are the same. And by doing an excessive search online, nobody seems to actually have a real adapter to at least get the SATA or USB Connection to the SSD, let alone deal with other requirements. This is definitely not a DYI friendly task. Nor did I find anyone, but one that could do it in my area. Two of them told me they need to send it out so that i can get recovered.

Basically after going to five Computer Shops and Recovery places claiming that they could do it, I finally found one place that knew how to. And it was a very costly search.
Basically the last recovery place told me that many people end up burning-up their board by using the wrong adapters.
I was lucky to have mine still working after all the experimentation by others.

Save yourself the time and trouble and bring it to a recovery place you trust. Or if you do know what you are doing, your best bet is to find the same model Laptop and swap out the RAID-SSD Module. There is a risk however in using a different model or brand. There are also risks if you find the same Brand and Model Laptop. For example if the Laptop decides to re-initialize the RAID.

In the end it might be cheaper to hire a Professional that can actually do it; than to look for a matching laptop, go through the anguish of disassembling the laptops, taking the risk, etc. I found a place here in the States that sorted me out.

My problem is THAT that board does NOT work. I need interfaces and connections that WILL work. Therefore any ideas on what and where to get parts is the information I require to get this SSD to function.

I looked EVERYWHERE! I couldn't find anyone that sells or makes an adapter.
And again, I don't think you understand that it's not as simple as finding a connector.
The Laptop does a lot of other things when you have the SSD plugged in.
Things that an adapter will not be able to do. That's why they don't bother to sell it to the general public.

If all you care about is the connector, then I would call a parts distributor for your laptop
and order that specific part on the laptop (that is if they even sell it).
Otherwise find a dead Mboard on ebay and de-solder it.

This one company I went to in NY did have an adapter but they didn't let me see it up close.
They told me its not just about having an adapter, that you gotta do a lot more and be careful
in what you're doing in order to access it and pull out your files.

I would basically stay away from ever using that laptop and SSD again. It's more trouble than what it's worth.

Have one of these as well (256GB).

Any suggestions as to what NOT to do in order to avoid wasting time on such drives?

I have Samsung SSD MZ-RPC2560/0SO PN: MZRPC256HADR-000SO,The drive is okay, but i need to copy the data fro it, it has lif connector , 29 pins, NOT 24 pins,

Obviously the card consists of two SATA devices, each with two SATA Tx/Rx differential pairs. You need to tap into each pair as you would for a normal SATA device, plus you need to supply +3.3V power to the card. There is no need to purchase an adapter.

What are the markings on the flash controller?

In which machine (model number of Apple, Sony, etc) was this SSD installed? Sometimes the service manual will have the pinout.

AISI, the PCB is powered from +3.3V according to the information on the label. There are two SSDs on the board, one on each side. Each SSD has its own SATA Tx/Rx differential pairs.

The photo you have provided has a 5V TVS diode across the 3.3V input. Using the markings on the diode as a reference, I have identified the +3.3V and ground points on the board. Please confirm this for yourself, as serious damage will result if I've got it wrong.
