Seagate 4TB Dead not spinning

I upgraded the desktop and the motherboard said no bootable drives so I tested drives on another computer and all dead not spinning tried SATA lead and USB to SATA but drives were not detected.
dead drives were
SATA Blu-ray/DVD
SATA 2.5 inch SSD
Seagate 4TB SATA HDD 5400
WD 12TB SATA 5400
I suspected PSU this has been replaced but the drives not working
I have replaced Blueray and SSD
but 2 HDDs,s are tricky I can get a replacement PCB for WD 12TB. from HDDZONE it has 2 bios
But Seagate nobody has a PCB in stock
so I figured I could try to repair its PCB either diode or fuse not sure which
on both HDD's there was no smells or smoke and no burn damage just silent and not detected

Can't see very well from the pictures and I've not had enough coffee to start googling PCB number.

Start with the 0 Ohm resistors by the sata power connector get a meter and check them for continuity.

edit : Before you do anything check the PSU and more importantly PSU cables are the correct ones for the PSU, if you hadn't already guessed that was probably the source of the problem.

Are you posting pictures of multiple PCBs? Check the 12v rail, the 0ohm resistor below u2 and diode d4 on that one.

The first board is your 100862098 but the second set of pictures posted this morning look to have come from WD 2060-800001. The power protection is completely different between the two boards.

Ok apologies I seemed to have got my drives mixed up
I have 3 SATA drives with issues
SATA WD `12TB
SATA WD 6 TB
Seagate 4TB

I have since deleted all my photos and started again
I am going to upload fresh photos of Seagate 4TB

Measure the resistances of the AE and 6B? diodes and the two pairs of zero-ohm resistors ("0" marking).

not tested diodes or zero home resistors yet waiting for digital microscope which will arrive in march
but I did test the SATA power connector on the PCB board and there is short on 5-volt pin
this is on 2 hard drives but one wd 6 TB I have a replacement PCB arriving so will be testing that too.

tested with multimeter AE and 6B diode beeper, short 0 on both diodes both directions.
also tested zero ohm resistors also 0
this was on 600ohm setting
are these dead or do I need meter with lower ohms setting

Your diodes should have low resistance in one direction and high in the. The 0 ohm resistor should have 0 ohms, make sure it does and is not open line which may be displayed as OL on your meter. Continuity check (a beep) is easier for those.

It's unusual for everything to give exactly 0 ohms on a meter, and for both power rails to get nailed. Put your meter in the 200ohm range and poke a round again.
