Hello , I have problem , I have HDD Samsung HD161HJ and i have a problem , this disk is damaged
"S.M.A.R.T. STATUS IS BAD"

Anyone can to help me ?? How can i to fix or repare this problem ?

It is not clear from your post, but I guess you are seeing that message reported by your BIOS during boot - is that correct?

Have you run any programs to gather the detailed SMART data? If so, please include that data in your reply.

Can you still read the data from the disk? If so, make sure you backup that data now.

You don't. It is likely that this disk will fail soon (if it has not already done so), and so if you don't want the data from that disk, then you simply securely dispose of the disk in an environmentally-friendly way, since any attempt at repair is very likely to be more expensive than a new disk.

If you do need the data from that disk, then you should say so in your post :)
